For guaranteed room reservation, 50% of the total amount is required for
confirmation.
All reservations are non-guaranteed until advance amount is paid.
All non-guaranteed reservations will be hold on a tentative basis and can
be release without prior notice.
CANCELLATION POLICY
70% refund of deposit if cancelled before 21 days of arrival.
50% refund of deposit if cancelled before 14 days of arrival.
No refund of deposit if cancelled with 14 days of arrival.
FLIGHT/ LANDSLIDE CANCELLATION (ON DAY OF ARRIVAL)
Guest has to provide proof of ticket with name. Upon confrmation, the
amount can be reused/ adjusted during one fscal year (subject to prevailing
rates).
In case of landslide, Qayam Skardu will con rm with the NHA and FWO
regarding landslide. Upon confrmation, the amount can be reused/
adjusted during one fscal year (subject to prevailing rates).
NO-SHOWS
In the case of a No-show, same-day room cancellation, or amendments,
will be charged for the entire stay.
